Berlin Stands w/ Students
Informational Platform for the Serbian Diaspora in Germany
In response to the media blackout and escalating crisis in Serbia, the project aimed to support the Serbian diaspora in Berlin by providing clear, reliable information and actionable ways to support the student-led democratic protests. The goal was to cut through the overwhelming noise and empower the diaspora to stay informed, involved, and connected.
Business Goals
Lack of trustworthy information due to media censorship in Serbia
Uncertainty around how to support the student protests from abroad
Difficulty in raising awareness among the German public
The Solution
A dedicated website was built to centralize verified news from Serbia, announce support protest events in Germany, and provide clear instructions on how to donate and engage. To extend the reach and foster faster updates, an official WhatsApp channel was also launched, enabling direct distribution of news and event info to the diaspora community.
