Goal
Create a premium digital presence that explains Matterport 3D virtual tours clearly, positions the studio for high-value property categories, and guides visitors toward booking a scan or exploring example use cases in 3 languages.
Deliverables
Premium website for a Matterport virtual tour studio
Clear explanation of virtual tours and their business value
Industry-specific positioning for real estate, hospitality, yachts, architecture, and construction
Conversion flow for booking scans and contacting the studio
Pricing, FAQ, process, and testimonial content structure
Challenge
The challenge was to communicate a technical service in a way that feels immediate and valuable to different audiences: real estate sellers, hotels, yacht owners, architects, contractors, and international clients evaluating properties remotely.
Problems to solve:
Explain Matterport technology without making the offer feel too technical
Build trust for a new local studio entering a premium property market
Connect one service to multiple high-value audiences without diluting the message
Make the contact and booking path obvious for visitors who are ready to act
My Approach
The page was structured around education, credibility, and conversion: a clear opening promise, a simple explanation of virtual tours, benefit-led industry sections, a three-step process, package options, FAQs, and trust-building testimonials. The messaging highlights interactive navigation, dollhouse view, precise measurements, website embedding, shareable links, and Google Street View integration.
UX AUDIT - THE LAYOUR ANALYSIS AS-IS
I started by shaping the site narrative around the core promise: allowing people to walk through any property from anywhere. This made the service instantly understandable before introducing technical Matterport details.
THE LAYOUT COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS
The content architecture separates the offer into practical benefits: interactive navigation, dollhouse view, precise measurements, website embedding, shareable links, and Google Street View integration.
AVAILABLE QUANTITATIVE DATA ANALYSIS
I created clear sections for each target industry so real estate, hospitality, architecture, construction, and marine clients could quickly recognize how the same technology applies to their own use case.
AVAILABLE QUALITATIVE DATA ANALYSIS
The conversion path was kept simple: explain the service, prove its value, show the process, present packages, answer objections, and guide visitors toward booking a scan or contacting the studio directly.
Final designs
The final website presents VirtualGo as a premium, locally grounded Matterport studio for Montenegro. It gives visitors a clear path from understanding the service to booking a scan, while supporting key proof points such as 24–48h delivery, higher engagement than static photography, and stronger inquiry potential for properties with virtual tours.
