Digital Brochure Rebranding
The Avon brochure is a beacon for their customers and undoubtedly the most recognizable part of the Avon brand.
My main task was to implement the new rebranding for the digital brochure. However, it became apparent that there were opportunities for UX enhancements.

Goal
Rebranding implementation.
Enhance mobile experience.
Improve page layout and usability.
Challenge
The biggest challenge in this project was the mobile experience, which was almost non-existent, even though Google Analytics data showed that the majority of traffic came from mobile devices (ranging from 50% to 86%, depending on the market).
There were major inconsistencies between the desktop and mobile versions, both in design and functionality.
On top of that, several technical issues had to be addressed, including problems with the brochure shade selector and the “sort by” functionality.
My Approach
UX AUDIT - THE LAYOUR ANALYSIS AS-IS
I conducted a UX audit of the current state layout of the product. Marking every problem along the way.
THE LAYOUT COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS
I gained an overview of where the design was inconsistent and inefficient, and identified which elements needed to be rebranded.
AVAILABLE QUANTITATIVE DATA ANALYSIS
I gathered data from Google Analytics and Contentsquare to gain better insight into the user journey.
Final designs
Implement a complete rebranding of the Digital Brochure, following new Design System guidelines, to align with the eCommerce website and ensure an optimal omnichannel experience. Additionally, the current page layout is to be enhanced with the best UX practices, paying particular attention to mobile users.

“With Tamara on board I felt confident about the quality of work delivered as her work included design-thinking methodology and customer centricity in mind. I was very thrilled with her professionalism and result orientation, motivation to push through difficult times as well as amount of creativity and boldness to think 'out of the box' and propose new ways moving forward or simply challenge the status quo.”
