Challenge
A key challenge lies within organizational dynamics: HR teams are typically focused on day-to-day operations and lack the time and capacity to deeply engage with employees on a relational level. As a result, team's needs around trust, communication, and connection often remain unaddressed.
Additionally, employees frequently perceive HR as representing the company’s interests rather than their own. This perception creates distance and reduces openness, making it difficult for internal initiatives to foster genuine connection, psychological safety, and meaningful dialogue.
My Approach
I led the project end-to-end, combining UX design, business strategy, and learning experience design.
From idea to business model
The project started with mapping the founder’s vision and expertise and shaping it into a concrete business strategy. I helped define the core value proposition, target audiences, service structure, and pricing logic.
Experience-driven service design
Rather than designing “a website,” I designed the full service experience. This included structuring offerings such as workshops, events, and online trainings around real team challenges, using practical tools and frameworks grounded in psychology. All made to be available in offline or online environment.
Learning design & scalability
Drawing on my background in e-learning and instructional design, I supported the creation of training concepts suitable for online workshops. The focus was on engagement, interaction, and real-world application.
Positioning, trust & tone
The brand and website needed to feel credible yet approachable.
I worked on positioning that balanced:
Certified clinical psychology and psychotherapy expertise
Practical tools for modern teams
A light, human tone with a fun twist
The result was a clear narrative that speaks to both HR decision-makers and team members.
