LGBTQ+ Themed Wedding Website
This project was created for an LGBTQ+ couple who wanted their wedding celebration to extend into a bold, themed after-party. The concept was intentionally unconventional: a strong visual contrast with the couple in custom-designed red outfits, while guests were asked to dress in black or white.

Goal
Custom-designed wedding website
Strong visual concept aligned with the party theme
Editorial-style typography and illustration system
Invitations designed to match the digital experience
Special themed letters for the party
A cohesive visual identity across digital and print
Challenge
The challenge was to reflect the uniqueness of the couple and the fashion-led nature of the celebration without revealing too much upfront.
I had to focus on creating a sense of anticipation and visual storytelling rather than straightforward information delivery.
My Approach
To elevate the concept further:
I selected expressive illustrations that hinted at the theme without revealing everything in advance, building anticipation
I selected bold, editorial-style typography to give the site a chic magazine feel, inspired by fashion publications
The overall design referenced the craftsmanship of the custom outfits, which were created by a well-known designer, making the website feel like an extension of the fashion and storytelling
Final designs
The result was a bold, memorable wedding experience that set expectations, built excitement, and reflected the couple’s individuality. The website didn’t just inform guests — it became part of the celebration itself.
As the project evolved, the visual system expanded beyond the website into a full wedding package, including invitations and specially designed themed letters for the party, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
